Llama 3.2 11B Vision Instruct is Cloudflare Workers AI's mid-size multimodal offering, supporting both text and image inputs on the edge. With 131K context and vision capability at the 11B scale, it fills the gap between lightweight 8B text-only models and the much larger Llama 4 Scout — practical for image captioning, visual Q&A, and document understanding tasks where you want lower latency and lower Neuron consumption than the 70B-class alternatives. Runs on the shared 10,000 Neurons/day free pool and uses Cloudflare's native API rather than the OpenAI SDK format.
